How do I use auto adjust on a dell monitor?

I have a dell 19 inch LCD, and I switched it over to a different computer. The image is all screwed up. I need to auto adjust, but there is no auto adjust button on the monitor.

    Go through the monitor’s menu. If it has auto adjust capability, it will be in the menu if there is no button. If it does not have that capability, then you will have to do it manually.

    Furthermore, if you are using a Display Port connection, the auto-adjust feature will be disabled.
