I am wondering what an average auto insurance cost is to be suspected. If this helps I will be a 16 year old male driving a 2007-2010 Mazda 3 Sedan.

I has a at fault auto accident in California. My insurance policy is not up until July. They will not tell me how much it will go up until 30 before my policy expires. I am 19 (got my license at 18) and have no other tickets or violations. I currently pay $57 month. Should I be expecting a drastic increase?

I am renewing my auto insurance. I have a car with all kinds of great features like leather seats, upgraded stereo, sunroof, etc. Is there some way to insure it so if it gets totaled, I can buy a car of equal quality? Should I even get full coverage?

We are trying to find information for the NC Auto insurance manual that states that you can’t “rate” a driver on two separate auto policies? Both drivers have a separate auto policy and live in the same household.
But if the other driver has a policy of their own doesn’t that make it so they aren’t “rated” on the other policy, but can be Listed due to still in the household?? I thought it wasn’t legal if they were already being rated on another policy, being charged twice???/

If you dont have a car, then you are not mandated by the STATE to buy auto insurance and not by the federal Government. So i should be allowed to chose Not to buy health insurance instead of being FORCED to by the federal government. So the health care bill is unconstitutional.

I’m not well versed in the world of politics, but I just read that there are 13 states that are going to sue because they claim it is unconstitutional for the government to mandate that we have health care. How can they require us to keep auto insurance then? Correct me if I’m wrong but I’m pretty sure it’s illegal to not have auto insurance; I don’t see how that’s different than health insurance.
