I would like to see what you think will happen to US auto makers now that the government has stepped in to offer help. Will the cost of cars and trucks go up or down? Will the average person making around 1800.00 per month be able to purchase a car? Do you think the average person with a credit score of 550-650 be able to buy with out having to pay huge down payment or suffer the high interest rates? Tells what you think will happen.

Maybe they will finally start making quality vehicles like Toyota.
That will take time because in the past most of their workers were
much more concerned about their union pay and benifits than they ever were of making a quality vehicle. Const. King

The only thing that will change is the fact that there will be a lot of unsold cars sitting on dealer lots, abandoned airstrips and in commercial holding lots.
We are arsse deep in a recession and everybody is hanging on to what little money they have. They are not buying cars. The automakers will continue to lay off workers and all the money that is going to them isn’t going to change that fact. Life Is Good
